  • When we book from the airport, how do we find the driver?

    The driver will monitor the arrival status of the flight, and once your flight lands he will contact you on your cell phone to give you instructions to the pickup area, and description of the car.

  • When I pay online, how do you know that the payment is for my reservation?

    When you pay online for your trip or for someone else trip, we match your payment with the email was used on the reservation or by the name on the reservation.

  • Does the fare include gratuity?

    No, however your driver will appreciate a tip based on the level of service provided.

  • Do you do Meet & Greet?

    we do not do this service anymore

  • Do you provide child car seats?

    at Sam's Trans we provide car seats upon request for $10 each seat. We provide: Infant rear-facing baby car seats, convertible rear-facing toddler car seats, front-facing toddler car seats and booster car seats. The car seat will be installed and ready.
